From Number 18 you can access several mountain and beach walks along with visiting the many historical properties all set within the castle walls.
Conwy offers easy access by road from the A55 to Snowdonia, Betws-y-Coed, the Llyn Peninsula, Caernarfon and Anglesey as well as both train and road access to Holyhead and the ferry to Dublin. Conwy itself is a vibrant Quayside town with plenty to do, there is a fantastic selection of pubs, restaurants, shops and galleries for you to visit during your stay and the Victorian seaside town of Llandudno is just a short distance away by foot, car, train or bus.

There are many reasons to visit Conwy aside from coming to stay at Number 18.

Conwy itself is a 13th century walled Castle town, the walls are still fully intact giving you a fantastic opportunity to walk the walls offering birds eye view of the town and the breath-taking scenery beyond.

As you step out of Number 18 you will find yourself in the hub of Conwy town, aside from the Castle itself you will find many more interesting places to visit, Plas Mawr, Aberconwy House, The Smallest House in Britain and several art galleries. We pride ourselves on the many independent shops, great restaurants and friendly pubs in the town all well worth a visit. Conwy also hosts many outside events over the Spring and Summer months, there is a craft fair pretty much every weekend on the Quay, along with larger events such as the Honey Fair, Pirate Weekend, Medieval Festival and the Conwy Food Festival. You could also take a little boat trip around the estuary or take a walk to the Mulberry Pub and Morfa Conwy beach, all within an easy walk of Number 18.
